Step 1. Receive customers’ needs and basic information

At the same time, through this meeting, we are sure that MGC provides full overview of the Company for candidates – future employees of customers. We do this step because we really don’t want to waste time and costs for all parties. That is the responsibility we have to fulfill. We want to support maximum values ​​for Employers and Candidates.

Step 3. Contract Signing & Recruitment

Step 4. We send the appropriate profiles to the client (with a preliminary assessment and recommendation on the candidate)

2. Service Fees and Payments

2.1. Service charge:

– For vacancies, depending on the position, there will be a fee schedule of 1.0 or 1.5 or 2.0 of the official gross monthly income of the candidate. Gross salary (Gross) of all the terms of the candidate as agreed on the Job Offer Letter / Labor Contract (including other salaries / allowances if it is not agreed in detail by written or not pay through the account).

2.2. Payment methods

Payment fee Customers will pay in two (02) installments to our company’s account:

– Phase 1: Within the first 5 working days since the candidate starts probation

– Phase 2: Within 5 working days since the candidate has passed the probationary period and has officially worked at your company 30 days later. Thus, the second payment will be after 90 days from the date the Candidate works at the Company.

3. Warranty Terms

– If the successful candidate’s labor contract terminates within ninety (90) days from the date of starting work, We will introduce one (01) successful replacement candidate and do not charge any more. any fees.

– If We are unable to replace a candidate to customer satisfaction within sixty (60) days from the date the customer claims the warranty or the customer does not require Us to provide a replacement source, Customers will not have to pay the 2nd time.

4. Our service difference:

– Warranty up to 90 days but the cost is only 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 months Gross salary of the candidate depending on the position. The usual units only guarantee candidates 60 days from the time the candidate takes the job, the cost is usually 2.0.

– Always interact directly, only start work when you have understood correctly – enough customer needs. It’s not because we run numbers and “force” our customers into a difficult position because we understand the customer’s economic problem. Therefore, we also hope that Customers can provide as much information as possible so that we can screen the right people – the right jobs and effectively on time. All information in the process of working is absolutely confidential.

– Our candidates sent to customers always ensure the best fit for customers’ requirements.

– We show our responsibility even when the candidate becomes an employee, we are still responsible for orientation and training to be able to take the best position at your company. customers, contribute the most value to your company. We consider customers as companions, we consider referred candidates as our members.

In case the customer does not have the above requirements to avoid overlapping training and orientation, we will comply with the wishes and requirements of the customer.
