MGC was established with the mission to meet the needs of corporate customers about human resource management solutions (recruitment, payroll, labor management, providing outsourced HR department services and HR consulting internal system), also other related legal services. Besides, MGC also provides short-term training courses for employees who is studying/working in human resources and law to meet the requirements of the current job, meet the changing trends in the future, and contribute to improving personal capacity as well as improve the human resource capacity of the enterprise.

Meaning of MGC in English:
M is Moral; G is Goodwill; C is Care. MGC established with the mindset and working motto:

Moral is the foundation. In life as well as work, MGC always takes the ethical factor as the first because as long as you have morality, just be kind, God will surely give you lucky cards that you never expected. Every day is a journey of discovery and fulfillment, so let it be guided by ethics and kindness.

Goodwill is the goal. This is MGC’s way of working because in any matter, MGC always works with a win-win mindset. The advice, solutions, and services that MGC provides to customers are only wanted to support, solve problems and help customers better and more effectively every day.

Care is service. If there is morality, kindness, and goodwill, then devotion is definitely something that spreads from within. MGC’s motto is to always strive to provide customers with optimal service. If customers have trusted MGC, is there any reason why MGC won’t let customers down? MGC does not dare to promise to be the best in all aspects, but MGC can affirm that what customers receive is the most dedicated and honest advice that MGC makes the most efforts to give to customers.
