Why did I design this course?
This course is probably the product that I cherish and dedicate the most to because since I graduated from school for about 3 years, when I have grasped and understood the administrative and human resources profession, I have cherished and desired there is a “real combat” course taught by myself. My actual battle here is practical, with little theory but not without theory. If you say that reality is not theoretical, you will be flawed from that root. The purpose of the course is so that even those who do not study Human Resources Administration can do it after studying their course.

I cherished this course because my major is Human Resource Management, but then when I went to practice and especially when I graduated, I was shocked because the knowledge in the lecture hall was so different from the reality of the business, I’m sure. Those who do not study human resources will be even more overwhelmed. If you are curious about what your time was like, you can read this article.

Because I went from zero, I fell by myself, got up myself, and experienced it myself, so this course is as practical as possible so that students can understand what the “world” is like out there. I expect that after you finish this course, you can change your salary from 5-7 million to 8-12 million even more if you have a good mindset.

My answer, once you work in human resources, before you “dodge” you need to make sure you have the right knowledge, enough, don’t just rush to find a way to “dodge” or focus on learning to listen to the “secrets” decide to dodge”. First of all, let’s live and work according to the law. After understanding correctly and fully, we can be “flexible”. You can only legally, rationally be flexible on the right and sufficient ground.

This point is a note for students before registering and transferring money to participate in the course at MGC.
