There is a huge mistake of HR people and even business owners when they think that HR management has nothing to do with the law at all or has little to do with it. For example, the Labor Regulations, the HR people who spread the word “just write in accordance with the labor code” will be approved when registering with the Competent Authority or you sometimes go to the Human Resources Group and write “Does anyone I have an approved form of labor regulation for you, please.” But this is a mistake because the Labor Code stipulates very general, the person who builds the Labor Code needs to firmly grasp the law and understand the business model of his company to implement the contents of the Labor Code. act according to the mandatory bullet points in the Labor Code. If it’s just to “pass” the registration of the rules, when the business has a problem, you don’t know how to handle it, how to handle it even though the rules are complete and the Code is available at hand.

HR needs to stand in the middle, protecting the business and protecting employees is also protecting themselves. The best protection is to understand and apply because we need to live and work according to the law.

What is the cost and duration of the course?

– Course cost: 3,500,000 VND/course. The course will be taught online via the Zoom platform.

– Class time: 2 sessions/week, Saturday morning and Sunday morning every week (9am – 11am). Duration: 1.5 – 2.5 hours/session depending on the amount of knowledge and the number of questions asked by the students.

– Number of students: Minimum 03 students/course and maximum 15 students. Is there a certificate at the end of the course?

After you finish the course, you will receive a certificate of course completion at MGC or if you need to issue a VAT invoice to pay with the company. Certification only applies to students who have attended at least 80% of the course.
