Accordingly, in order for VssID application users to be proactive and convenient in changing the above information, Vietnam Social Security instructs application users how to update and change as follows:
Step 1: Access the public service portal of Vietnam Social Security at: http://dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn. Here, the user selects “Login”, continues to tick the “Personal” section, then enters the VssID application login account.
Step 2: After successfully logging in, the user selects “Account information”. In this window, users can update and change phone number and e-mail address information by clicking on the pen-shaped icon.
Step 3: After filling in the phone number and e-mail information that needs to be updated and changed in the corresponding fields, the user continues to enter the verification code and select “Recognize”, enter the verification code (OTP) provided. send to the registered e-mail address (or updated e-mail), click “Confirm” to complete the process of updating and changing information./.
